This week we're spotlighting Vincent, who has been a long-time member of EPIC FU's MIX community.
Vincent recently wrote a novel titled After Were Free , a story loosely based on his experience in Iraq as an American soldier in his early twenties. He says he threw in a lot more to exemplify many of the things he learned from the people.
You can download the book for free here and look at some photos of Vincent in Iraq here. After you finish reading it, let him know what you think in the discussion thread he created on MIX.
Here's an example of the Prologue:
"It's a strange path that one walks to make himslef able to kill a man. Stranger, though, is being there and trying to return"

Great spotlight this week guys. Well deserving. It takes a lot of guts to write a book and publish it. Especially when that book has so much of yourself hidden in the pages.
